ARRIVING FOR YOUR APPOINTMENT
The Reception desk sometimes gets very busy due to circumstances beyond our control. If you have arrived for your appointment and are waiting to be attended by a Receptionist, please use the Patient Check-in screen at Reception in the first instance.
We kindly ask you to plan to arrive on time for your appointment. We try not to keep our patients waiting and operate on a set time schedule. If you arrive late for your appointment it means that you may not get the full benefit of your time with the GP and other patients will have to wait longer to see the GP.
We understand that sometimes circumstances can make patients late for their appointments.We therefore operate the following system:
- If a patient is up to 10 minutes late, we may be unable to see you
- With regret, if you arrive more than 10 minutes late for your appointment, the GP or Nurse will not be able to see you and the Receptionist will ask you to make a new appointment.
