Connaught Square Practice - GP Patient Survey
This page includes the results of the NHS' and the Practice's own patient surveys. The two questionnaires asked different questions and obtained different measures of our success.
2019 GP Patient Survey shows that patients' experience of the surgery remains overwhelmingly positive.
Where patient experience in 2019 was best:
✔ 82% of respondents say they find it easy to get through the Practice by phone

✔ 92% of respondents felt their needs were met during their last general practice appointment
CLCCG average: 92% National average: 96%
✔ 88% of respondents say the healthcare professional they saw or spoke to was good at listening to them during their last general practice appointment
CLCCG average: 87% National average: 90%
✔ 83% of respondents say they felt the healthcare professional recognised or understood any mental health needs during their last general practice appointment
CLCCG average: 83% National average: 88%
✔ 78% of respondents say they have had enough support from local services or organisations in the last 12 months to help manage their long-term condition(s)
CLCCG average: 77% National average: 81%

People registered at general practices across England were asked how easy or difficult it is for patients to see or speak to a doctor at their practice. To improve our service, we used the national survey results to implement this action plan.
