The purpose of the survey is to delve deeper into what makes for a good patient experience across its core services; General Practioners, nurses and Health Care Assistants, reception and adminstration, access and appointments.
Please click here to view the NHS' 2017 GP Patient Survey. People registered at general practices across England were asked how easy or difficult it is for patients to see or speak to a doctor at their practice. To improve our service, we used the national survey results to implement this action plan.
