Connaught Square Practice - GP Patient Survey

This page includes the results of the NHS' and the Practice's own patient surveys. The two questionnaires asked different questions and obtained different measures of our success.

Please click here to view the results of Connaught Square's recent poll of their patients. The purpose of the survey is to delve deeper into what makes for a good patient experience across its core services; General Practioners, nurses and Health Care Assistants, reception and adminstration, access and appointments.

People registered at general practices across England were asked how easy or difficult it is for patients to see or speak to a doctor at their practice. To improve our service, we used the national survey results to implement this action plan.
