Westminster Adult Education Service, a service of Westminster City Council, offers part-time and full-time courses in the day, evening and at the weekends for permanent or temporary residents in the UK.

Teaching staff are fully-qualified with years of experience to help learners develop their English reading, writing, speaking and listening skills which lead to recognised qualifications.

Learners can also customise their study and add to their skill set with maths courses alongside an ESOL course.

Free courses for learners earning less than the London Living Wage, currently set at £23,302.50 annually. ID and proof of low income and benefits are required for assessment.

If you are settling or living in England, your first language is not English and you want to improve your listening, speaking and learn basic grammar then these courses are for you.
