Giving blood saves lives. The blood you give is a lifeline in an emergency and for people who need long-term treatments.
Find out the next steps to become a blood donor
To get started, you will need to register your details with NHS Blood and Transplant.You will be asked to:
- answer some basic questions to check you are able to start the registration process
- register and validate your email address
- complete your personal details to set up your account
